What a Professional Gate Quotation Should Include

A quotation is not only a price. It defines the proposed scope, commercial basis and shared expectations before a customer commits.

Customer and site identity

Name the customer, installation address, quotation number, revision and issue date. Make it impossible to confuse the document with another opening or property.

Proposed gate system

Describe operating type, approximate approved dimensions, design or infill, finish, automation, controls, safety devices and principal accessories.

Included and excluded work

Explain civil, electrical, drainage, networking, delivery, removal and making-good responsibilities. Identify surveys or approvals still required.

Commercial terms

Show item or scope pricing, tax, total, validity, payment stages and any deposit. Align cancellation, refund and warranty language with the applicable agreement and law.

Approval and revision control

Provide a clear acceptance route tied to the quotation reference. Create a new revision when scope changes and retain the issued document.
