One connected workflow for every gate project.
OVERXXI Gate Pro connects the technical and commercial work performed by gate, access-control and automation businesses. Teams capture information once, keep it attached to the correct job and turn verified configurations into customer-ready output.
From survey to quotation
Create clients, projects and sites; capture structured surveys; configure gates; apply deterministic technical rules; price catalogue components; and generate quotation PDFs without rebuilding the same job in disconnected tools.
Designed for office and field teams
Administrators control customers, catalogue data, pricing and quotations while authorised field users receive assigned work, capture measurements and photos, and return clear installation evidence.
Responsible AI assistance
Contextual AI can explain deterministic compatibility results and review authorised survey information. It remains advisory and cannot override technical rules, prices, tax calculations or access controls.
Customer and project records
Create a structured customer record, separate projects and one or more physical sites. This distinction matters when a customer owns several properties or when a project includes multiple entrances. Notes, surveys, gate configurations and quotations remain attached to the correct operational context.
Searchable records reduce time spent reconstructing a job from email, messaging applications and paper forms. Authorised users can see what has been captured, what remains incomplete and which configuration is being prepared for quotation.
Surveys, evidence and field handover
The mobile workflow supports assigned work, structured survey information, observations and photographs. Field evidence is returned to the shared workspace so the office can review the actual opening, obstructions and installation conditions rather than relying on a verbal summary.
AR-assisted measurement and placement are visual aids. Final dimensions, foundations, structural suitability, force limitation, safety devices and compliance remain professional responsibilities and must be verified using appropriate tools, manufacturer instructions and applicable standards.
Configuration, catalogue and technical rules
Gate type, size, opening behaviour, visual design and selected products are recorded together. Catalogue items can carry technical information and controlled pricing, allowing the organisation to build repeatable configurations instead of using free-text descriptions that cannot be checked consistently.
Deterministic rules identify blocking errors, warnings and information from the supplied configuration. Optional AI explanations can make a result easier to understand, but they do not replace the rule result, alter catalogue specifications or approve a technical decision.
Pricing, quotations and connected delivery
Controlled product prices, quantities and tax settings feed the quotation workflow. A quotation snapshot preserves the commercial state used for that customer document, helping prevent later catalogue changes from silently rewriting earlier offers.
Branded PDF output and authorised mailbox delivery support a professional customer handover. The same connected project remains available to the operational team when the work proceeds, reducing duplicate entry between sales and installation.
