Operational data deserves controlled access and recoverability.
OVERXXI is designed as a tenant-scoped business platform. Security controls are applied across identity, authorisation, data access, infrastructure and operational recovery.
Tenant and role boundaries
Organisation data is tenant-scoped and access is limited through authenticated, role-aware workflows for administrators and operational users.
Protected operation and recovery
The service uses encrypted transport, restricted production credentials, audit information and verified local and off-site backup procedures.
Bounded AI context
Only relevant, authorised context is assembled for requested AI-assisted features. AI output is advisory and automatic Review Intelligence publication is not enabled.
Identity, roles and tenant boundaries
Users authenticate into an organisation context and receive role-aware access to relevant workflows. Tenant scoping is designed to prevent one customer organisation from using another organisation record.
Administrators should create individual accounts, remove access promptly when responsibilities change and avoid shared credentials. Permissions reduce exposure only when account ownership remains controlled.
Protected transport and operational secrets
Public services use encrypted HTTPS transport. Production credentials and signing material are kept outside the public website and source-controlled application content, with restricted server access.
Users should never enter passwords, payment-card data, secret keys or verification codes into support emails, free-text project notes or AI prompts.
Backups and recoverability
Production backup procedures create verified database and application evidence copies and replicate protected material off site. Restore testing is necessary because the presence of a backup file alone does not prove recoverability.
Customers should also define their own retention, export and deletion responsibilities for operational records and customer evidence.
Responsible AI and publication controls
AI receives only the relevant authorised context assembled for the requested feature and returns advisory output requiring human review. Deterministic rules and controlled business data remain authoritative.
Automatic Review Intelligence publication is disabled. No generated review response is posted merely because it was drafted or approved inside a preparation workflow.
