Pricing and quotations

Move from a configured gate to a professional quotation.

OVERXXI connects catalogue pricing and commercial settings to the technical configuration, helping teams prepare quotations without recreating the job in a separate spreadsheet.

Authoritative commercial calculations

Apply controlled item prices, quantities and VAT or tax settings using deterministic business logic rather than generated estimates.

Snapshot-based quotations

Preserve the commercial state used when a quotation is created so later catalogue changes do not silently rewrite an existing customer document.

Customer-ready delivery

Generate branded PDF output and, where configured by the organisation, deliver quotations through a connected business mailbox.

Quote from the approved project context

A quotation should reflect the customer, installation site, selected gate configuration and controlled catalogue items. Building it from connected records reduces retyping and makes it easier to trace a commercial line back to the technical decision that created it.

Before issue, verify quantities, tax treatment, inclusions, exclusions, validity period, delivery assumptions, electrical and civil-work responsibilities, and any item that remains provisional.

Preserve the commercial snapshot

Supplier costs and selling prices change. A quotation snapshot records the commercial state used when the document was created so a later catalogue update does not silently alter the historic customer offer.

If the scope changes, create a deliberate revision. A clear revision process is safer than modifying an already issued document while keeping the same identity and date.

Make the document understandable

A useful quotation explains what is included, which gate system and automation are proposed, the important assumptions, applicable tax and the commercial total. It should be detailed enough to avoid ambiguity without exposing internal data the customer does not need.

Visual material can support the discussion but should be labelled appropriately. Representative 3D or AR images must not imply that colours, finishes, surroundings or structural details are guaranteed unless the contract specifically confirms them.

Delivery and acceptance

Generate the final PDF, open it before sending and confirm that branding, totals and page layout are correct. Use only the authorised organisation mailbox and retain evidence of the issued version.

Customer acceptance should refer to a specific quotation or revision. Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation right or refund term should match the applicable commercial agreement and law.
