Commercial customers may also receive an order form or written agreement whose specific terms take precedence where stated.
Authorised business use
Users must access the service through an authorised organisation account, protect their credentials and use the platform lawfully. Organisations are responsible for the accuracy and authority of data uploaded by their users.
Technical responsibility
Visualisation, AI assistance and compatibility explanations support professional workflows but do not replace site verification, engineering judgement, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements or applicable law.
Availability and acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems or upload unlawful content. Features may evolve, and planned maintenance or external-provider incidents can affect availability.
